When does the warranty start?

Members or their representatives can revoke the warranty within 14 days after signing the warranty agreement without giving any reason. The revocation must be made in writing and the entry must be confirmed by GARANTIE A+. The same right applies to the warranty provider.

„GARANTIE A+“ treats the data of the members confidentially and uses them exclusively for the processing of warranty claims. The data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and not without the consent of the member. Duration of the warranty

The costs for diagnostic work, which are required to determine a warranty claim, are covered by „GARANTIE A+“ if the defect turns out to be a covered damage. The maximum duration is 1 hour for this. Setting work, such as a technically necessary adjustment, is covered when the warranty claim is fully accepted.

Multiple parts

Parts that are used multiple times in a vehicle (e.g. spark plugs, light bulbs) are only covered by the warranty if the defect is not due to normal wear and tear. Additionally, the member has to bear the individual share for each part.

Performance increase

Any modifications to the vehicle that result in a performance increase will lead to the loss of the warranty.

Warranty claims abroad must be agreed with GARANTIE A+ before the repair begins. The costs will be reimbursed after returning to Switzerland, provided the repair was carried out at an approved partner.

Definition of „approved repair partner“

Approved repair partners are workshops that are contractually bound and/or authorized by GARANTIE A+ to carry out repairs within the scope of the warranty.

These warranty terms can be changed by GARANTIE A+. Changes take effect after written notification to the members.

Jurisdiction

For all disputes arising from or in connection with these warranty terms, the court at the seat of GARANTIE A+ in Olten SO is competent.
